The Planning supervisor is becoming an important member of the project team whose job it is to protect the client legal responsibility to all parties (staff, visitors and landlord) under the law.
With our qualified and experienced planning supervisors, we are able to undertake the following:

• ensure the client is fully aware of their duties and responsibilities under CDM regulations
• ensure the client has formally notified HSE
• ensure that designers comply with the CDM duties and responsibilities
• ensure preparation of the pre-tender health and safety plans
• advise the client on the competency of the contractors
• advise the client on the adequacy of the principal contractors’ health and safety plan
• ensure the preparation of the health and safety file and communicate with the project team members as necessary
• review of all documentation to Landlord

The above is a legal requirement for the client and removes and negative outfall from the project that might otherwise occur.
