Project Overview
Litchfield Projects managed the design and installation of the SAN for the customer on behalf of IBM, where project life cycle and risk planning were required.
This involved designing and implementing a documentation survey to discover a base for the commencement of the establishment of the SAN, consolidating 1,000 servers and installing a resilient MAN between seven centres. The data was then transferred to the new office complex where it was taken over by IBM’s managed service teams.
