Litchfield teamed up with MTT Consult in 2007 to raise £1 million for the Small Steps charity. Our Sandblasters team will be taking part in the April 2010 Marathon des Sables in Morocco, which takes place in April. We are currently training hard for this event, having taken an enforced year-long break to recover from various injuries, including broken legs.

More than £200,000 has been raised so far and the Sandblasters were honoured to receive a certificate from the children involved with Small Steps.

Following the event in April the next destination will be the driest place on earth - the Atacama desert in Chile.
