The project consisted of the fit-out and installation of new air conditioning, fire and electrical systems, together with high quality furnishings and fittings.

It was a typical high quality refit project. Designed and completed in ten weeks to a high standard, the bank installed two small dealer areas of 10 desks, a restaurant, reception, three boardrooms, partner’s office and general offices. The finishes required superior protection as the quantity and cost of them required them to be installed earlier in the programme than we would have wished to. This placed the burden of ensuring that during the remainder of the project, the works were so protected that when the protection was removed there was absolutely no damage to the hardwood surrounds.
