Paul Spicer is Head of Projects at Litchfield and has specialised in commercial construction consultancy for the last fifteen years. Paul started his professional career in commercial construction after a four year degree in Construction Technology, and Diploma in Construction Management and Economics. He now specialises in advising clients on a wide variety of relocation, design, fit out and data centre and disaster recovery projects across many sectors.
Since joining Litchfield in 2004, Paul has successfully completed a number of high profile projects including the relocation and fit-out of QBE Management to brand new 100,000 sq ft offices split over two levels, delivered in only 26 weeks. He was also responsible for the Morgan Stanley Meeting and Conference Suite refurbishment including state of the art audio and visual systems, on a live occupied floor.
Prior to joining Litchfield, Paul was Project Manager at Bellwater Ltd, Modus Interiors and Morgan Lovell, responsible for the delivery of design and build projects to programme and within stringent budgets.
Paul’s formal construction training together with much project management experience has given him a strong knowledge of the construction process. He has a variety of skills, from managing design teams through the design process to procurement, cost control and the construction and close-out phases of projects.
