The project comprised a 50,000 square feet Category A and Category B fit out. However, this was increased to 100,000 square feet fit-out part way through the project due to a merger. This involved the re-design of half the original scheme.
Litchfield completed the revised scheme under a construction management route within the original programme and completed on schedule. The project was also completed under budget.

Litchfield were requested to produce a new reception area to enhance our client’s standing and image. The intention was to offer visitors, customers and clients a gentle and inspiring diversion whilst staying in the environment. From inception to completion, in a period of less than 16 weeks, Litchfield appointed the team and construction managed the works to provide QBE with one of the most inspirational receptions in the City. |
