Project Overview

Client relocated to a brand new London centre. Litchfield project-managed relocation which included fitting out a 440 position dealer room together with a CER and 3 SERs, breakout areas, installation of mid and back office functions, meeting, board rooms and reception.

Project Overview

Litchfield were appointed to identify and locate a suitable position for the Fuji European Data Centre. 10 possible sites were identified and then analysed for cost, buildability, business risk, flood and terrorist risk, technology restrictions and DR implications. The 120 page report was a success but was subsequently superseded by the Mizuho merger.

Project Overview

Litchfield undertook a detailed survey project of the UK LAN network, deciding on the criteria to be checked, organising the teams and ensuring that progress met its target of five sites a day across the UK.

Following Project 1, the team was retained for the LAN upgrade project, which involved the installation of various LAN fixes using Cisco equipment. This was completed ensuring no loss of business or delay to the desktop rollout.

Project Overview

This was a three year, three phase complex services project to reflect the changing needs of an international bank. The services skeleton was removed and replaced whilst keeping the business operation functioning without any interruptions. This involved the change and upgrade of air conditioning systems, generators, UPS and switch panels and mains electrical feed to and throughout the building.

Project Overview

The project comprised a 50,000 square feet Category A and Category B fit out. However, this was increased to 100,000 square feet fit-out part way through the project due to a merger.
