Project Overview

This project involved managing the creation of the Customer Services contingency plan. It included analysing and procuring all resources on behalf of Orange, the co-ordination and assimilation of the Customer Service plan into the Y2K plan, and ensuring back plans were tested and in place. The requirements and duties were conveyed to all parties and complied with. This required the management of the complete project lifecycle.
