Building Services Review

Why should we use it?

Building services are an increasingly expensive part of a building’s budget and is coming under increasing scrutiny and legislation from government - more than any other area of the construction industry.

What does it include?

The building services review covers all aspects of the services. As part of project management we undertake reviews reports and surveys of the equipment and systems to and report back to the client on whether any aspect will need particular attention or replacement. Our in-house services engineers are able to form budgets and to advise clients on how best to improve the system so that costs do not adversely effect their overall budgets.

Using this system clients are able to avoid unnecessary expenditure and waste and complete complex services remedial works more speedily.

If the project is found to be serious, we compile a detailed brief and go out to tender to three services consultants and manage the project with the consultants and contractor on the client’s behalf.
