Litchfield Consultants are independent project managers, specialising in banking, finance, insurance, government and other public projects. We manage complex projects with a degree of risk ranging from large dealer floor and data centre relocations, head office fit-outs through refurbishment to nationwide government rollout projects and other projects in education, defence and healthcare.

We manage the process from the start to finish; undertaking due diligence work, site investigation, project management of the building process including design of services, security, communications and buildings, relocation of staff and furniture, migration of the hardware and software MAN, WAN, IT and trading systems.

We also give advice where required on potential business and regulatory risks arising out of the process and manage improvements to eradicate these.
